The fully automatic mortar mixer has been designed for mixing the mortars as well as the paste of cement mainly according to the required standards.The mixing paddle of the apparatus has a planetary motion which is mainly driven through a motor.

The motor has speed based on the microprocessor and it is equipped with present programs for meeting all the suggested ASTM and EN standards, manual codes and custom designed programs.

The mode button is primarily utilized for the purpose of selecting the different programs. The mixing paddle rotates at the speed of 140 rpm and it has a planetary motion of 62 rpm when it is at a low speed. On the other hand, the paddle rotates at a speed of 285 rpm having a planetary motion of 125 rpm at high speed.

The machine is made available with an automatic sand dispenser which helps in discharging the sand automatically. The custom design enables the operator to set 6 programs, where the operator can set the speed of the motor, the position of the sand dispenser as well as the duration of the mix. For specific mix, where the speed of the motor is set to zero, the operator can lower down the bowl without even disturbing the rest of the program.

On the display screen, the operator can take a look at the time of mix. The machine also comes equipped with a lamp which issues warning to the user in case of critical time periods.
